Spencer Pratt responds to 'Fake Marriage' Reports

"The Hills" stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are speaking out against reports claiming their marriage is a hoax.

The couple tells Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show that their Los Angeles ceremony was indeed official and legal.

In the season finale promo of "The Hills," the couple seems to be making their Mexican marriage official in a California court of law.

Media outlets are questioning the validity of their nuptials after claiming they can't find a marriage license for the couple in Los Angeles County.

"We checked the confidentiality box, so good luck people," Spencer responds to the reports.

The California ceremony can be seen on Monday's season finale of MTV's "The Hills."
