Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Still Nursing Two Year Old Son

Kelly Rutherford is pregnant with her second child and is due in the spring and until then she is still nursing son, Hermes, 2.

“It’s an amazing bond with your child. Some cultures do it up to five years, normally. I thought, ‘Well, I’ll just do it as long as it feels right for my son.’”

I know that I did that with my second child…I let him nurse as long as he wanted to, which ended up being 13 months. How long did you nurse your baby for?

Kelly also says it help made her lose weight the natural way,

“I was thinner after my pregnancy than before, and I think a lot of it was the nursing. They say it helps your body get back to shape in a natural way.”

It works different for everyone. As long as you feel comfortable it shouldn’t matter.
