A week without Sanjaya is… well, pretty good, actually. The contestants brought their best as they sang inspirational songs, but we think LaKisha may be leaving this time.
Between going to the White House dinner, reading the Top Ten list on Letterman, and popping by to chat on Regis & Kelly, Sanjy’s dance card is pretty full. What’s next for the boy wonder? He promises (or maybe threatens, we’re not sure):
"Like, I really — what I want to do is experience the whole entertainment business because, I mean, I'm not just a musician, I'm an entertainer."
Hold on for Wednesday's show, when big names (including music royalty, Bono) work the stage for the telethon. The show will be co-hosted by Ellen DeGeneres.
And we certainly hope everyone on Idol with big paychecks donated a fat check to the fund.
