'The Insider''s Behind the Scenes Look at 'The City'

Following the success of MTV's "The Hills," the network is gearing up to premiere a spin-off of the series called "The City," -- and "The Insider" gives you a look at the new show starring Whitney Port.

In the new series that takes place in New York City, Lauren Conrad’s "Hills" pal Whitney moves from Los Angeles to New York City and lands a new job working at the offices of fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg.

"You will definitely get to dive a little bit into my everyday life, " Whitney says, adding that viewers will see more of her personal life than they did on "The Hills."

Watch Whitney tell "The Insider" all about her new gig, dish about her new love interest, and introduce the show's other cast members -- Olivia, Erin and Samantha.

"The City" debuts December 29 on MTV.
