Neither rain nor snow stopped "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier from helping those in need this holiday season.

Adrian rode along a daily pick-up route in City Harvest’s new hybrid truck, picking up unused food from local bakeries and restaurants in NYC and delivering it to the Yorkville Common Pantry, which works to fight hunger.
