Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad of "The Hills" are finally making amends after years of not speaking to each other.

On the show, Lauren decides to meet up with Heidi after she hears about her elopement to long-term boyfriend Spencer Pratt.

"I know how to be her best friend, and I know how to hate her, and I don't know how to do anything in-between," she tells her roommate Lo Bosworth.

"The only thing really missing in my life is you," Heidi admits through tears as they hug. "It's really hard."

Lauren and Heidi reunite on Monday's season finale of MTV's "The Hills."
