Zac Efron Plays Santa to Sick Kids

'High School Musical' hunk Zac Efron took time out of his busy schedule to visit a hospital and deliver toys to kids.

Zac partnered with Gifts.com on Friday to bring gifts and sign autographs for children at UCLA's Mattel Children's Hospital in Los Angeles.

The 21-year-old actor helped give away $10,000 worth of toys and spoke with critically ill patients during his visit.
