Spencer Pratt Delays Legalizing Mexican Wedding

'The Hills" star Spencer Pratt has put U.S. wedding plans to Heidi Montag on hold following the couple's recent marriage in Mexico.

In the season finale of the MTV reality show last night, Spencer told Heidi he didn't feel right about legalizing the Mexican marriage in a small ceremony at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. "I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years."

After eloping in Mexico on November 19, Heidi and Spencer said they planned to legalize the marriage in the United States.

Heidi's mother Darlene Egelhoff had expressed disappointment at the Mexican wedding ceremony and accused Spencer of pressuring her daughter into the quickie marriage.
