Dane Cook's manager and half-brother has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars from the funnyman and film star, and now he has been arraigned in a Massachusetts District Court in connection with the case.

Darryl McCauley, 43, is being charged today with Larceny over $250 (2 counts), Forgery, and Larceny by Continuous Scheme. He pled not guilty and was ordered held on $3 million cash bail.

McCauley, who was arrested Tuesday evening without incident, has been Cook's business manager since the early 1990s and was responsible for the comedian's financial affairs. He is accused of transferring millions of Cook's earnings into his own personal accounts for his personal use, and in one instance he is accused of forging a three million dollar check written from Cook's account to himself.
