Nicole Richie was spotted in Maui on Tuesday with boyfriend, Joel Madden and cute baby girl, Harlow. The family has been enjoying some vacation time during the holidays there. I know I have always wanted to go to Maui since I was in high school. May be some day I’ll get there.
