ET has obtained these photos from a 2004 vacation of John Travolta with his children Jett and Ella on vacation on Grand Bahama.

Sadly, Jett was pronounced dead today at Rand Memorial Hospital in Freeport. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
