"The Insider" has obtained divorce papers for "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford and husband Daniel Giersch. Kelly, who plays Blake Lively's mother, Lilly van Der Woodsen, on the hit CW show, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and asked for legal custody of their 2-year-old son, Hermes.
Kelly, who is expecting their second child in June, and Daniel have been married since August 16, 2006.
