Kelly Rutherford files for divorce
Kelly Rutherford who is expecting her second child with Daniel Giersch, has filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court.
According TMZ, Kelly cited "irreconcilable differences."
The couple, who married in 2006, have a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch.
