Heather Locklear’s DUI charge dismissed
Heather Locklear’s DUI charge was dismissed. The actress pleaded no contest to reckless driving. Locklear was sentenced to three year’s informal probation, a $700 fine and a 12-hour DMV road and safety class.

Locklear, 47, was arrested in September and charged with a DUI after a woman called 911 and reported her “driving erratically.”
