Jett Travolta's death was caused by a seizure, according to the death certificate issued today.

An autopsy was performed on the 16-year-old son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, after he died while on vacation with the family in the Bahamas last week. Though the results haven't been officially released, a source close to the case says that a preliminary report determined "there is no foul play."

"It is not a suspicious death. The body wouldn't already be turned over to the mortuary if there was anything suspicious," the source said.

A press conference is expected at some point. In the meantime, Jett's remains are being prepared to be sent back to Florida, where the Travoltas have a home. Funeral proceedings are expected to take place on Wednesday in Ocala, Fla.
