'Bride Wars'' Star-Studded New York Premiere

Here comes the … 'Bride Wars' premiere! "The Insider" is at the star-studded premiere of the new comedy in New York City, and the film's stars, Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway tell us about the film and what it was like to play best friends turned arch rivals.

'Bride Wars' follows best friends, Liv (Kate Hudson) and Emma (Anne Hathaway), who become rivals after their wedding dates are inadvertently planned on same day.

"I always thought that the tag line for this movie should be hell hath no fury like a woman scorned by her best friend," Anne Hathaway says about the movie's feuding characters. "And so, that's what this movie is about."

Kate Hudson tells "The Insider," that despite the plotting and scheming while cameras were rolling she enjoyed working on the film.

"We had so much fun doing it," she says. "It was actually kind of refreshing, to sort of make fun of ourselves."

The wedding comedy has set a date -- 'Bride Wars' hits theaters January 9.
