Alyssa Milano Gets Engaged at The Insider

"Charmed" star Alyssa Milano tells "The Insider" she's getting married!

Milano has been dating boyfriend David Bugliari for over a year now -- the couple got engaged on Dec. 18, her publicist tells "The Insider."

Milano was most recently seen in a recurring role on "My Name is Earl," while her fiancé is an agent at Creative Artists Agency.

Wow. so happy for her. she's been my role model for 7 years now, which is partially half my life since I'm only almost 16. She is a great person and I'm so happy she found someone, epically one that is not in a band and bald.
