Tobey's Briefs are too Tight

Spiderman 3 has got the world in a twist and apparently Tobey Maguire is wound a little too tight. When an overzealous Parisian fan tried to snap his pic, Tobey actually swatted the camera to the ground and kept on his way to another press conference. Nice, and way to represent a cordial American.

And aren't worldwide press conferences supposed to get you more fans, not less?
You'd think Tobey would be happier, considering he has the whole family traveling with him in an all-inclusive entourage of 10, including a chef to whip up organic goodies. Oh, and a rocking chair. Talk about a divo. What Tobey really needed to bring was a masseuse and perhaps a smidgen more self control.

But we guess the "most expensive movie ever made" probably includes a budget for damage control, right?
