Dark Knight's Bright Night at People's Choice Awards

Holy People's Choice Awards, Batman!

The box office scorcher The Dark Knight picked up five out of five People's Choice Awards last night, winning, Favorite Movie, Favorite Cast, Action Movie and Onscreen Matchup for Christian Bale and the late Heath Ledger's chemistry, and Christian also took home the statue for Favorite Superhero.

"Thank you very, very much," the actor aid while accepting. "And on behalf of all of the cast from the movie, thank you very much to the fans. Here's to Heath, thank you."

Cancer survivor Christina Applegate thanked the fans for their unwavering support, as she accepted the Favorite Female TV Star award.

"It didn't go unnoticed, thank you," she said, of their love.
