Video: 'The Bachelor' on Finding New Love

"The Bachelorette" DeAnna Pappas may have broken his heart, but Jason Mesnick is ready to put the pieces back together -- this time as "The Bachelor." The question remains, though: Is he truly over DeAnna? Jason dishes to "The Insider"!

"I would not have come on and done 'The Bachelor' if I was not over DeAnna,” he tells us.

Jason, 32, now faces the dilemma of finding Ms. Right among the 25 bachelorettes seeking his affections. He says his three-year-old son, Ty, will help him narrow down the prospects.

“I knew that I couldn’t fully fall in love with somebody unless I saw his [Ty’s] interaction with that person.”
