The Best Actor nominee stopped to talk with Ryan Seacreast about how it felt to be nominated. The ever humble Connolly said that he hadn't really given much thought to his acceptance award, except on those rare occasions when he let himself think about it while sitting at a stoplight.
Connolly brought his mother Eileen to the awards show, but the Entourage star's matriarch was afraid to come up and meet the friendly, but probing, Seacrest.
Connolly ran off to join the rest of the cast of HBO' series, so there will definitely be more pics forthcoming....ek
