It was said that Fantasia’s $1.1 million home was going to be put on the market by the Sheriff’s Office if she didn’t repay the loan that she took against it. A lawyer for the lending company confirmed that the auction wouldn’t take place because all parties reached an agreement.
The attorney, Larry Goldman said that both parties had worked it all out, but did not provide any additional information or details when asked.
If an agreement hadn’t been reached, the home would have been sold today by the Mecklenberg County Sheriff’s Office.
Fantasia’s got good things on the horizon, so let’s hope that she doesn’t get in the spotlight over this again.
