Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt was finally granted a 3 year restraining order against a 62 year-old man named David Nolte, who she accuses of stalking her. According to TMZ, Jennifer got scared when she started receiving graphic letters describing violent sexual fantasies and when he showed up at her mother’s house in December.
