Howie Mandel was reportedly hospitalized Monday in Toronto after experiencing an irregular heartbeat—not a minor heart attack, as some Canadian reports had suggested, according to E! Online. A rep for the game show Deal or No Deal issued a statement:

“Howie is in the hospital being monitored for an irregular heartbeat but doctors expect him to be released and back to work tomorrow. He did not have a heart attack.”

Hope the funnyman recovers soon! How scary!
