Host Alison Sweeney of "The Biggest Loser" has a new bundle of joy!

Sweeney gave birth to a 6 pounds, 7 ounces baby girl on Monday named Megan Hope Sanov.

This is the second child for the host and her husband Dave Sanov -- the couple also has a 3-year-old son, Ben.

"The Biggest Loser" airs all new episodes Tuesday nights on NBC.
