What Do You Think of the New 'Idol' Judge? at The Insider

In a new interview with Best Life magazine, Kara DioGuardi turns up the heat and reveals what she seeks in a man!

In the issue on stands now, the hot new "Idol" judge says, "There is nothing sweeter than a grown man taking a few minutes out of his day to call his mom and tell her he loves her."

The 38-year-old beauty also reveals she thinks that seeing a man cook in the kitchen is "so sexy," but says that lying in a relationship can be a deal breaker.

"But honesty is important," DioGuardi tells the mag. "You're not going to help anyone by lying."

You can pick up DioGuardi's interview with Best Life on stands now, and the new season of "American Idol" premieres Tuesday night on FOX at 8 p.m.

I can't stand her. She's a major waste of time. She adds no value. He comments are not original- unless she has to go first, otherwise she just agrees with whatever the previous judges say. Get rid of her!!!!

She brings absolutely nothing to the table. Her "expertise" includes writing songs for Paris Hilton, which in my eyes, is no expertise at all. She agrees with Paula 99% of the time and has the exact same feedback for every contestant. I think Fox...

I think Cara doesn't fit with the other judges. She is totally useless on the show and really seems to be full of herself. Poor job picking a fourth judge....very disappointed!!!!

She's awful and throws off the chemistry between the original three judges. They need to fire her before the live shows. She acts like she's in charge and talks over everyone else. Cant stand her.
