Sandra Bullock will care for husband Jesse James' 5-year-old daughter Sunny because his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, has been sentenced to jail for tax evasion, nationalenquirer.com reports.

"This is a dream come true for Sandra, but it's Janine's worst nightmare," a source revealed.

"Now that Janine's going to prison, her fears of losing Sunny are one step closer to becoming a reality."

In July, only days after her arraignment in a U.S. District Court in Eugene, Oregon, Janine sent Jesse a bitter text message from her cell phone, sources say. The message read: "U WIN. Sandra has her baby…congrats."

  • I know Janine personally and she is a wonderful mother its a shame that her ex has to be such a jerk! And Im sorry Sandra but kids always remember who there "real" mother is ... the heart knows! You could never replace Janine, dont even try!
