KIM KARDASHIAN'S "SO RELIEVED" HER SEX TAPE SUIT IS SETTLED Kim Kardashian's sextape nightmare has ended reports In Touch. The 26-year-old owner of LA boutique Dash has settled her lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment, which had released a sex tape of her cavorting with her ex-boyfriend, R&B star Ray J in February.

"I'm just so relieved that this chapter of my life is now over," Kim tells In Touch.

"I have so much going on in my life. I never wanted everyone to think of me as Kim Kardashian, sex tape star."

In the deal, insiders say Kim received $5 million and a promise from Vivid that the company will cease production of the best-selling video in May. Kim's happy the ordeal's over, but the damage has been done since clips are still floating around on the Internet.

"I still have to live with the embarrassment and fear that one day my grandkids are going to see it," she says.
