Patrick Swayze's cancer spreads to his lungs?

Patrick Swayze's cancer has spread to his lungs, The ENQUIRER reports.

Swayze, 56, was hospitalized in early January for what his reps say was pneumonia. It was also around this time that it was discovered the star's pancreatic cancer had reached his lungs, where it is interfering with his breathing.

Leading specialists consulted by The ENQUIRER describe that as a "very bad" sign - and an eyewitness who saw the star one day before his most recent hospitalization told The ENQUIRER: "Patrick has never looked worse. I've seen him many, many times, but this is by far the sickest he's been - the guy was in obvious pain."
