She plans to tape two very special shows at the Kennedy Center. That much is certain. But how will the enthusiastic Obama fan plan spend the rest of her time in D.C.? Her plans have been a bit under wraps. A rumored Oprah-fronted inaugural ball seems to have evaporated, but that doesn't mean O won't be all over the week's festivities. Below, the latest intel on Oprah's D.C. visit: According to the New York Post, Oprah -- the queen of daytime talk -- has booked the $15,000-a-night "Royal Suite" for five nights.
