Singer/actress Olivia Newton-John has sold her home in the celebrity-packed community of Malibu, CA. After being on the market for nearly a year, a buyer was found who payed more than $10 million for the Mediterranean-style home, which has four bedrooms, a pool , spa and guesthouse, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The gated neighborhood where the home is located is no stranger to celebrity owners. Newton-John, who last year married businessman John Easterling, bought the property in 2004 for $6 million from the widow of actor Charles Bronson, and pop star Britney Spears used to live next door, the Times said.
