This year's gala recognized Eric Bana with the Excellence in Film Award and Rachel Griffiths with the Excellence in Television & Film Award for their contributions to the entertainment industry, but Obama and inauguration plans were all the talk on the red-carpet.
Poppy Montgomery and Anthony LaPaglia tell "The Insider" why voting in this past election was so important to them.
"I voted for the first time when Obama was running because it was so important to me that he take office," Poppy says. "We’re really excited."
Eric Bana shares his plans for inauguration.
"Just going to sit back and watch all you Americans soak it up," he says. "You're very excited and we are too, so I'm just going to sit back and watch it."
Olivia Newton-John says she has to work on inauguration night but plans on watching between takes, and she also sent a loving message to her friend John Travolta.
