Michelle Obama's Pre-Inaugural Wardrobe Revealed

As the fashion world waits to see what Michelle Obama will wear on inauguration night, the first-lady-to-be opts for a familiar designer to dress her in the days leading up to her husband's inauguration.

Michelle began her busy Sunday wearing a Narcisco Rodriguez light purple coat and dress to the ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, Women's Wear Daily reports.

The future first lady also wore a dress from Rodriguez on the night Barack Obama won the election.

Then, she was off to the Lincoln Memorial for HBO's "We Are One" concert where she chose another Rodriguez outfit - a camel coat and skirt with a black silk beaded top and scarf.

For more on Michelle's inaugural outfits including what she wears to the ball, keep checking back with ETonline.

  • On First Lady Michelle Obama:

Michelle Obama is a racial-minority individual, and in her heart and mind she inevitably does not endorse hate crimes committed by George W. Bush.

George W. Bush committed hate crimes of epic proportions and with the stench of terrorism (indicated in my blog).

George W. Bush did in fact commit innumerable hate crimes.

And I do solemnly swear by Almighty God that George W. Bush committed other hate crimes of epic proportions and with the stench of terrorism which I am not at liberty to mention.

Many people know what Bush did.

And many people will know what Bush did—even to the end of the world.

    Bush was absolute evil.

Bush is now like a fugitive from justice.

    Bush is a psychological prisoner.

Bush has a lot to worry about.

Bush can technically be prosecuted for hate crimes at any time.

In any case, Bush will go down in history in infamy.

I am not sure where I had read it before, but anyway, it goes kind of like this: “If only it were possible to ban invention that bottled up memories so they never got stale and faded.” Oh wait—off the top of my head—I think the quotation came from my Lower Merion High School yearbook.

  • I am excited about watching the preinaugural events on NBC, the festivities of the inauguration on NBC, and the post events on NBC. Please, could you all let someone know that there are some people out there who want the historical soveniers, but who cannot afford them right now. I would like to buy them in February and March 2009. Please find a way to have those available on the internet for a couple months more.
