Robert Downey Jr. on Surprise Oscar Nom

Robert Downey Jr. got a surprise on the set of 'Sherlock Holmes' today -- an unexpected Oscar nomination!

The actor talks to ET about his Best Supporting Actor nod for 'Tropic Thunder,' saying he knows the Academy doesn't usually reward comedy. Although a lot of people will want to be his date for the big night, he already knows who he's taking.
