Pregnant Kelly Rutherford and her soon to be ex husband, Daniel Giersch, were in court again on Thursday in Santa Monica. Despite the stressful situation, the pregnant Gossip Girl actress put on a brave face smiling and talking to the press as the paparazzi were falling over themselves to get a snap of her.
The estranged couple are back in court this morning for their custody case. Today’s ruling will determine whether Kelly can travel to NYC this weekend with their 2-year-old son Hermes where she films Gossip Girl.
Kelly, 40, is 4 months pregnant with their second child, a girl.
