Jessica Simpson has been making headlines with her new curves. The singer showed off her voluptuous figure this past Sunday at the 99.9 Kiss Country's annual Chili Cookoff in Pembroke Pines, Fla., where she said of her relationship with boyfriend Tony Romo, "I am sooo happy!"
