Kelly Clarkson Breaks Billboard Record

The "American Idol" alum's new single is already breaking records.

Kelly Clarkson's new single "My Life Would Suck Without You" is making history for making the largest jump to No. 1 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart’s 50-year history, says Billboard.com.

The song made the leap from the No. 97 spot to the No. 1 spot in one week. The single also holds the No. 1 spot on the Digital Chart with 279,605 sold in its first week, and it is the third biggest digital song debut for a female artist.

"My Life Would Suck Without You" is the first single off Kelly's fourth album, All I Ever Wanted.

The album will hit stores on March 10.
