Kimora Lee Simmons has yet to confirm her pregnancy, but we are guessing that it’s true. She wore this outfit telling everyone there is a baby in there on Tuesday in Mexico City, Mexico, where she was promoting the debut of her Baby Phat clothing line at the Liverpool department store.

I bet that baby will be adorable with Djimon Hounsou as a dad! This will be Kimora’s third child.
