Taking the concert stage for the first time since the controversy over her curves erupted, Jessica Simpson opened up to her fans Thursday night.

 

“Thank you for your support," she told a Charlottesville, VA, crowd at the end of her set, says People.com. “Stay positive, and pray out loud! I love you guys, good night."

People.com says the buxom blonde crooner -- opening for Rascal Flatts -- sported tight, black leather pants and a V-neck T-shirt.

"Please remember, no matter what you go through in life, somebody else might have it harder," Jessica also told the crowd, according to People.com. "So just appreciate."

"I feel like in our world today we focus on so many things that are completely pointless," she added.

  • I think she looks great. She has just enhanced her curves. It is not like she gained 2 tons or something. She just gained a few pounds and I don't think that is wrong at all. She has always been a little more curvy then most and I love her for that....
