Jennifer Hudson Sings the National Anthem at the Super Bowl
If you missed Jennifer Hudson singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl XLIII, wow did you ever miss out. Jennifer Hudson not only looked beautiful, she rocked the place out.

It's hard to imagine what she still must be going through after her mom and nephew were killed, but Jennifer Hudson stood up there like a trooper and sang the Star Spangled Banner with heart and then some.

I even thought that some of the players were going to start shedding tears while Jennifer Hudson was singing the Star Spangled Banner before the Super Bowl took off.

  • i dont blame the producer for insisting on a pre-recorded tape.. she could easily have broken down on stage in front of millions.. but no matter it was an amazing rendition.. i had goosebumps.. well done jennifer.. !!

  • Unfortunately, this exceptional performance was admittedly lip-synched.

    Too bad, cuz it might otherwise surpass Whitney Houston's memorable rendition of the Anthem done at a Super Bowl a long time ago.

  • Good for Miss Hudson, I believe she made me and countless of americans very, very, proud. I couldn't stop crying.I think she brought this hateful world a little closer. There might be hope after all....
