Looking stunning in a black pantsuit, Jennifer Aniston hit the red carpet for the premiere of her new film just days before her 40th birthday.

Last night, Jen joined the glammed-up gals of 'He's Just Not That Into You' -- Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johansson and Ginnifer Goodwin -- to pose for photos at the Los Angeles premiere of their romantic comedy 'He's Just Not That Into You.'

The film also stars Ben Affleck, Justin Long and Bradley Cooper.
