A glowing Chyler, who is expecting her third baby -- a girl, in May -- jokes for "The Insider" online that she eats a tuna salad sandwich to prepare for a love scene with Eric Dane, aka Dr. McSteamy.
"I am a person who doesn't want to offend with bad breath in general," she says more seriously. "Even if I am just talking to someone, I am very conscious about breath. I will pop a couple of Tic Tacs in case."
Chyler also shares that the question that fans ask her most often is: Are the medical stories true?
"When we do something we have technical advisors, we have doctors, we have the real-deal people who are not only on-set when we are filming, they are also consultants," she reveals. So the answer is "yes."
