Chris O'Donnell & LL Cool J on 'NCIS' Spin-Off?

Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J are in talks with CBS to star in the network's new "NCIS" spin-off. 

O'Donnell would play an average guy born to do undercover work who takes on different identities, while LL Cool J would star as a tough but charming former U.S. Navy Seal, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The pilot for the CBS hit will air as an episode of "NCIS" this spring, just as the pilot for "NCIS" aired as an episode of the military drama "JAG."
