'Sex and the City' Sequel News

After droves of fashionistas and love-struck fans rushed to theaters last summer to see 'Sex and the City' make its way to the big screen -- will there be more love, fashion and friendship for the fabulous foursome?

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon will be back in their Manolos for a 'Sex' sequel, the Associated Press reports.

A New Line Cinema spokesperson confirms that the four stars of the popular film and HBO series will be back for another movie, with writer-director Michael Patrick King back to helm the project, says the AP.

"I'm very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel ... but I'm busy with my 'Sex' life," King tells the AP.

Warner Bros. is reportedly planning to release the film's sequel in summer 2010.

I'm glad Kim Cattrall is back in it. I love Kim! I even just got her as the voice on my GPS from a site called Navtones.
