Socialite Paris Hilton's little brother Barron is facing legal action from the gas station attendant he allegedly struck with his car moments before he was arrested for driving under the influence. Fernando Mendoza Tellez is suing for injuries he sustained when Hilton reportedly drove his Mercedes Benz into him at a 76 refuelling station in Malibu, California last year, according to TMZ. Hilton was arrested on the Pacific Coast Highway shortly after striking Tellez and was subsequently slammed with a driving under the influence (DUI) charge because his blood alcohol level was .14, which is nearly twice the legal limit. Hilton pleaded no contest to the charge and was sentenced to three years’ probation, with a one year driving suspension.
