The new contestants have been announced for the upcoming season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" and "The Insider" has the names!

For the first time on the show, a husband and wife will be competing against each other -- singer Jewel and her rodeo cowboy husband Ty Murray are putting on their dancing shoes.

Also to compete, actor David Alan Grier, actress Denise Richards, Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson, Go-Go's singer Belinda Carlisle and Steve Wozniak of Apple.

Country singer Chuck Wicks, boyfriend to "DWTS" performer Julianne Hough, will be dancing along with actor Gilles Marini, who played Samantha's sexy neighbor in the 'Sex & the City: The Movie.'

Rapper Lil' Kim, Steve-O from "Jackass" and Hall of Fame football player Lawrence Taylor will also be competing next season.

  • i wish we could vote (canada) because it would be Gilles Marini all the way.... he is really dedicated and works so hard even tho he never danced before and wow he is so classically handsome i could watch him all day...if he gets voted off it will...

  • I am most excited to see Nancy O'Dell on DWTS, but I guess I will have to watch Access Hollywood and DWTS to see her! It is sad that The Insider refuses to discuss her being on the show.

  • I love Julianne! She is the best and I am so excited she decided to come back! I always root for her to win no matter who they pair her with even if they suck lol! I still want Julianne to win!
