New Video: Chris Brown Turns Himself In

HTV was there as R&B singer Chris Brown turned himself into an LAPD Station.

The 19-year-old was under investigation for an alleged domestic violence felony. He arrived at the station at 7 p.m. and was then released at 8:35 p.m. on $50,000 bail.
