Miley Cyrus Sued for Four BILLION Dollars
Miley Cyrus is being sued for $4 Billion dollars by an Asian woman. The woman is bringing forth a ridiculously large class action lawsuit for LA County to the courts.  How does she even think Miley has that much money?  Why stop at LA County?

This whole picture scandal thing has gone a bit too far, don’t ya think?  There is an attorney in LA filing charges.  According to TMZ:

Kim says in the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation — $4,000. Add it up — $4 billion!

Kim says Miley’s “just a kid” defense doesn’t fly. She says it’s like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

Why isn’t she suing for the whole country?  The whole world?  Kind of ridiculous.  And if this were to go to court and win, why stop there.  Every funny picture could get sued if you thought it looked wrong. The whole case may have more merit if it were an adult and not an actual child  - Miley is still a child - in the pictures.
