Pregnant Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford strolls around the show’s set during a break from filming on Thursday.
Kelly and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling in court over custody of Hermes. The 40-year-old Gossip Girl actress has been granted temporary custody of the 2 1/2-year-old until the end of March.
Kelly is expecting the couple’s second child, a girl.
