Murder Sucks: Phil Spector Trial Nearing, Screams “She Kissed The Gun!”
Music producer Phil Spector should be getting ready to spend a lot more time downtown, as his murder trial is finally nearing reality. Over 300 jurors are to filtered through in the coming weeks.

Spector is being charged with shooting B-list actress Lana Clarkson, after he met her at the Sunset Blvd. House of Blues three years ago. He took the part-time restaurant hostess back to his mansion when a gunshot rang through the neighborhood. According to E! Online, Spector told his chauffeur “I think I killed somebody.” Once he became sober the story changed to “she kissed the gun,” saying she was playing with the firearm when it shot her in the face.

  • Was the shot in the face or inside the mouth? Because the natural reaction to someone trying to put a gun your mouth would be to jerk away and try to escape by any means possible wouldn't it? If it was inside the mouth I can't see how it could have...
